Contact inquiries
The form collects your name, email, subject and message, plus an artist name and URL if supplied. The inquiry is stored in Brecilia’s existing Support system.
Assistant queries
Questions typed into the assistant are processed through the central OpenAI integration and limited public tools. The Contact form and its content are not automatically copied into AI.
Preferences and analytics
Necessary functions and language preferences remain available. Analytics is optional. This Hub does not activate external analytics providers in its current configuration; you can review your choice in the footer.
Responsibility, retention and requests
Pending review: the responsible entity, applicable grounds, providers, transfers, retention periods and the process for requests concerning personal information.
